Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your problem however, your symptoms are not suggestive of any serious issues.

A wrong posture, standing for a long time before the computer, can cause such a clinical situation.

For this reason, I would recommend starting Dimenhydrinate tor meclizine to help reduce vertigo.

If this dizziness does not improve or even gets worse, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a physical exam and some tests:
- a cervical spine X-ray study
- thyroid hormone profile
- blood electrolytes.

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need it!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri
