Question : Just recently a spot came up on my upper lip ..it is pearly white , hard and a little irritating when I rub over it It came up rather quickly.. what can I do to get rid of it?

It is an inflamed follicle which seems coming to its head. I suggest you to use an OTC topical antibiotic e.g either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin 2% cream, twice daily for a week.
