Question: Just turned 25 years old. Gained a lot of weight over the last 3 years and noticed that my testicles have seemed to shrink in size. Really worried about it. Is there any way to reverse it?

Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
It can be a sign of hormonal disturbances including low testosterone or thyroid hormone problems. Rarely hormone producing testicular tumors can also lead to similar symptoms.
Detailed evaluation is required to find out a cause. I suggest you to consult an endocrinologist for further assessment. A complete hormonal panel including serum testosterone, thyroid function test has to be done. An ultrasound scrotum is also required to check out tests is actually reduced in size or not.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
