Sir, ECG seems fine, just RBBB is there which is more commonly a normal physiological variation seen in many healthy individuals.
However I would like to know if she has any symptoms like breathing difficulty on exertion or chest discomfort?
Is echocardiogram ever done on her in past?

However, if a patient who is having RBBB along with symptoms, such as giddiness or history of loss of consciousness becomes a cause of concern.
