Question : Sir, Enclosed X-Ray of my brother. Only issue is giddiness. Kindly have a glance and suggest the reason for Guiddiness and medication for the same.

I have read your query and viewed the attached xray.

Does your brother feel the room rotate around him or does he just feel giddy?

Does he hear any ringing sounf in the ears doting the episode?

Any headache or nausea during the episode?

Giddiness can be due to innumerable causes. It is important to find the cause of dizziness to treat it.

The xray attached shows a relatively normal neck spine xray. If he has any pain moving from the back of the neck to the arms with pins and needles sensation or tingling and numbness, then it could need an MRI scan to rule out slip disc.

If there is headache, nausea and feeling of room rotating around him then it could be inner ear problem.

Kindly provide the answers to the above questions and also any other information you feel is important.
