Hello

After reviewing the ecg image attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal heart rate and some intraventricular conduction defect along with some insignificant STT changes.

Overall it’s a normal ecg but Echocardiography is further advisable for proper evaluation.
