Upload USG Scan report

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query
Based on the facts that you have posted you are known hypertensive and getting hematuria since very recently.

I shall be happy if you can upload report of USG scan and provide few more details to hep me in making precise comments and suggestions

1) Are you taking any blood thinner medicines like Aspirin?
2) Do you have other symptoms like pain in abdomen, burning urination, fever etc?

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination andfurther investigations.

Thanks and Regards

Brief Answer:
Could be mostly due to inflammation of bladder (Cystitis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback.
In absence of proteinuria, casts and any urinary symptoms hematuria could be due to inflammation of bladder due to dehydration .

Please increase your water intake to 4-5 liters of water in 24 hours

Take urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily for 10 days and repeat routine urine examination with early morning sample of urine .

There is nothing to be worried about

Thanks and Regards.
