Its abnormal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Its sinus rhythm with T wave inversion in avl I and lateral precordial leads. There is borderline st elevation in precordial leads.
So this is an abnormal ECG and there is a possibility of blockages in arteries. Patient needs echo and will need angiography as well.
So this is an abnormal Ecg which will require whole cardiac evaluation.
