I've gone through your query and checked the attached ECG strip...

Well, it's important to know whether the patient has/had any complaints in the first place... Secondly, any form of ECG findings should be correlated with the patient in person along with a thorough clinical assessment...

Here also, although the ECG quality is poor, there are some ST-T changes in the Antero-inferolateral region, so it needs to be repeated properly along with a prompt in-person clinical assessment by a Cardiologist or a Physician along with 2D Echocardiography, serum electrolytes, kidney function test, lipid profile as a part of initial assessment)...management can be done based on the findings...
