i have gone through the question and understand your concern.
In acute choroiditis, we usually give systemic steroids.
but in old healed choroiditis there is no need for any active intervention and chances of further complications are less.
but choroiditis can recur and for that you need to consult your Ophthalmologist routinely (once in 6 months)
Also, for high myopia, you need to wear prescribed glasses after getting fundoscopy and retinoscopy done.
