Question : HI Doctor,
5 year old kid with history of unprovoked seizure in 2017. No further episode. sharing discharge summary and treatment records. Kindly share your opinion on further prognosis, treatment and complications.

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted the clinical details of the child. The child had a single unprovoked seizure. With normal EEG and MRI brain and in the absence of family history of epilepsy, the risk of seizure recurrence is very low.
