Question : Kramer is a 10 year old mail Giant Schnoodle. He has had problems with diarrhea all of his ife. When he started 8 years ago, our vet put him on Science Diet ID. It has seemed to work pretty well until the past couple of months, when the diarrhea/soft stocks, has increased. I am trying to transition him to NutriSource XXXXXXX Diet since it seems more nutritional; however, he has continued to have loose stool/diarrhea for over a week and last night he vomited. I have tried diphenoxylate, plain yogurt and canned ID. Often he self-corrects, but that is not happening.
