Brief Answer:
? ruptured tubal ectopic.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
If you have been pregnant then this lobulated hyperdense lesion in POD could be blood clot following ruptured ectopic pregnancy. Please report to the hospital at the earliest and meet your gynaecologist as this is an emergency and may require surgical intervention.
Please get your serum beta hcg test done.

Brief Answer:
follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If pregnancy is ruled out then the cause of blood can be ruptured hemorrhagic ovarian cyst which can actually cause sudden onset pain in lower abdomen. But it usually subsides in next 36-48 hrs, but if its persistent then cause which needs to be ruled out are OVARIAN TORSION which can cause persistent pain . This would require an pelvic colour doppler study especially of ovaries to rule out the same.
If ruled out then AN MRI pelvis can be considered as the next step.

sure .. ll go for further scanning as suggested.. and share the reports soon.. doctor.

One small thing, directly taking MRI Pelvis, Will it help to find out all problems at once,

In case if any of the above mentioned is confirmed, Is it subject to surgery or can it solved by medicines.

I hope no damages to ovaries or ovary removal. i m not sure bit worried

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
For doppler study you have to undergo ultrasound. MRI pelvis can further substantiate the diagnosis if present.
If there is a torsion ovary then you shall need urgent surgery for it else due to decreased blood supply ovary may become gangrenous.
