Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir,
I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this can be due to a number of causes. The most common of which are hypoglycaemia and hypotension. i would recommend that you get a blood test for blood glucose levels both fasting and postprandial along with a blood test for hbA1c level to exclude diabetes and hypoglycaemia. Also I would recommend that you measure your blood pressure day for one week to exclude hypotension.
If both causes were excluded then you should check on your thyroid hormonal profile to exclude hyperthyroidism. I hope you find this helpful.
