Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
First, it looks like a typical 2nd-degree burn which may be caused by thermal or chemical burns, but it is unusual that you didn't notice anything.
Other possible causes include: contact dermatitis (was there contact with new cosmetics, clothes, detergents...)
Physical irritation such as friction or rubbing.
Or infectious and dermatologic disease but in this case, blister would not develop so suddenly.
In every case, treatment should be as follows: if there is redness, fever, pus under blister or blister spreading, you need antibiotic treatment orally and topically.
Second, try not to break blister unless it breaks spontaneously. If it breaks, try to gently push all fluids out and wash it with antiseptic.
You can apply ointment with silicone or a mild Corticosteroid cream.
The BLister should shrink in a few days and skin should recover soon after this.
Otherwise, you need to see a Dermatologist.
If you have any doubts or conditions worsens, you should see a surgeon or dermatologist in the ER.
Wish you good health.
Regards
