                                            Question : Last week i woke up dizzy and slightly nausous , that was thurs, it lasted all day but tnen went away. Yesturday it came back at around 2pm , i felt terrible all night. last night i would get sweaty, flush, dizzy, the people i was with said i looked tired. i felt like i couldnt think straight.

I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you probably may be suffering from reactive hypoglycaemia, when blood sugar levels go extremely low at least 4 hours after eating. Possibly too much insulin is produced especially after a carbohydrates based meal.
It happens mostly in diabetics which are treated with insulin or in cases when pancreas overproduces insulin like in pancreatic tumours.
I think you should get tested for diabetes doing fasting glucose levels, post prandial glucose levels and HbA1c.
