Question : how much dose can be given to kid whose weight is 23 kg if we want to give meftal syrup ?

Hi

Mefanamic Acid is a NSAID

What is the indication of the same ? Do not give any medicine to you child without medical supervision

The Dosage depends on the age :

Between 5 and 8 years of age the dosage can be safetly given up to 150mg three to four times a day

Preferably maintain the same time of the doses

Most preparations contain 50mg of active medicine in 5 ml, so a XXXXXXX of three * 5m at a time should work
