I usually recommend 5 servings of fruit per day, reducing the fatty foods like butter, cream , meat etc.
Atleast 30 min of physical activity is needed for optimal functioning of body.

Your symptoms of feeling heaviness and stomach shape and size increasing could mean indigestion or obesity. There could be other reasons too.
For both indigestion and obesity we need dietary restrictions like whatever is causing indigestion can be avoided, or fatty foods can be avoided for obesity. Usual foods that can cause indigestion are complex proteins in milk and beans etc. Unclean water can make the symptoms worse by causing inflammation in git.

Stomach exercises like padmasadhna (in yoga) or XXXXXXX namaskar can be practiced.
