Please do not scratch any of the pimples as it could lead to marks and scars.

You need to use a facewash twice a day.

You need to apply these creams on the lesions:-

Clindamycin gel for application twice a day on pimples and Retin A cream once at night on the whole face.

Also you can take tab.Doxycycline under the guidance of your physician. This is a prescription drug and you will need to see your physician for the same. This will reduce the black marks also.

For scars, you can get Dermaroller done from your dermatologist.

You seem to have multiple problems. The following are your concerns addressed:

1. Pimples are a part of life for every individual and it keeps recurring till the age of 25. Since you are in the age group they will keep recurring. You need to treat them to control them so that there won't be any marks and scars.

You can apply glyco 6 cream on the marks at night daily for a month.

2. Laser treatment and peels are different treatments. Both are effective but pimples can recur even after getting them done.

3. First you may try out with the creams I recommended. If you don't get improvement then you can go in for chemical peels with glycolic acid with your dermatologist.

4. For hair loss you can take supplements of biotin 10 mg daily. They are available over the counter at your nearest pharmacy.

5. For the boils in the scalp you can apply fucidin cream twice a day.

6. In addition to this, you can also continue with tab. Doxycycline.
