Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
vomiting and loose stool can lead to severe dehydration , so stay hydrated with ORS liquid . take anti emetic like ondansetron . visit your nearest doctor to get bp checked and to know whether there is need of i.v. fluids. keep an eye on your urine output it should be atleast 2 litre per day. if less than than urgently visit doctor.
if you could specify some other things like
1. Do you have fever?
2. Do you have pain abdomen?
3. any other medical conditions?
