Welcome to XXXXXXX
Since when you have mentioned disturbances, possible in your case be involved many causes, as food intolerance ( soy protein , milk, other food allergy ) or oily food; absorptive disorders ( glucose-galactose malabsorption ); malabsorption syndrome; vitamin deficiency ( Vit C, B group ); ingestion of toxin from water, food; infectious factor ( parasites, bacteria,) ; systemic diseases involving small and large intestine; I would recommend you monitoring properly your food and find out if is correlated with some items, then you need stool analysis and cultures to rule out infection , infestation; abdominal ultrasonography; colonoscopy. You may try now oral rehydration salts and probiotics until cause will be determined.
Hope this helps and I have answered your query. If you have additional queries don’t hesitate to ask.
Best Regards,
