Low Testosterone, Male Breasts, Look Younger Than Age, Low Libido. Why Do I Look Immature?
Question: Currently living in Chicago , height 8 1/2 , WEIGHT : 192 pounds, COUTNRY OF ORIGIN iNDIA
I am a 30 yr old male.Still I look way too younger.Not suffering from any disease.From my looks , body hair, voice ,physique still look to be that of 20 yr old.Have visited a physician recently regarding this and got a Blood test done as well for testosteron,Growth Hormone , TSH,estrodiol.Tests are within range but Testosteron( 314 ng/dl) , GH ( 0.1 ng/ml) are on lower end where as estrodiol (26 pg/ml) ,TSH (1.84 MIU/L) ,Pro lactin 4.4 ng/ml , BODy fat percentage 25% in between the range.These tests are 10 days old with fasting 12 hours.I have male breast up to some extent.Recently since a week I have been experiencing low libido as well. Would like to know what exactly is happening in my body that has made me so immatured and what can be done to treat this.

I am a little skeptical about your height. I would like to confirm if it is indeed 8 feet and 6 inches as you have mentioned. Please write back to me with your actual height in centimeters or inches, knowing the correct height will help me in advising you better.
Your hormonal parameters are perfectly normal. So there is not any hormonal problem responsible for your immature physique.
Looks , body hair, voice and physique are not only determined by hormonal factors but also by genetic factors. For Ex, many Chinese and Japanese men have immature physique and sparse facial hair without any hormonal abnormality. This is due to their genetyic makeup. So in your case your physique and look are due to your genetic makeup.
As far as treatment is concerned there is little that can be done to change your voice, but your physique can be improved by exercise training.There are some androgen preparations called anabolic steroids to improve physique but they are associated with side effects.
You can also test your LH and FSH levels and free testosterone levels to complete the hormonal work up.

Thank you for your Reply.I miss typed in my previous question .My height is
5 feet 8.5 inches. If this is genetic make up .No one in my family faced this situation.Every one looked to be perfectly matured.Will do the other tests you recommended me.
