                                    Brief Answer:
I prefer analsik up to 4 capsules a day.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I would prefer that you take analsik (methapyrone and diazepam) for your pain.
You can take a capsule every 6 to 8 hours only if in pain. And not to exceed maximum of 4 capsules.
If you would prefer tramadol and paracetamol I would recommend it in more intensive pain and you can take it while in pain up to 8 tablets a day.
Etoricocib is more preferable in osteoarthritis pain. You can take 2-3 tablets daily.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
