you did not mention your age? is there any pain or numbness in legs? from how many days you are having this? is there is morning stiffness?, do you have any xray or mri? is there any history of injury?
take anti inflammatory drugs, physiotherapy,hot fomentation,avoid bending and weight lifting,apply diclofenac gel.
