I just read the May 16 2016 report I made - same thing all over but this one seems worse. Th lower pain is sometimes toward d the front and sometimes toward the back. I have some pain on each side at times but appears to be worse and constant on the left. nothing was found by the doctors then.

                                    Brief Answer:
Slow intestinal transition possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the conversation with the doctor on May 2016 and I think you have done most of the tests and the results are normal. Also I can recommend you to do a colonoscopy to check the large intestine for tumours and lesions.
I think you may be having slow intestinal transition.
The intestinal move to pass the food forward and when this motion can be blocked, slower than it should be, or not a strong enough contraction to move food forward then symptoms of gas, constipation, pain can occur. Irritable bowel syndrome may be a cause.
I can recommend you to use a fiber rich diet with fruits, vegetables, almonds, prune, figs, flaxseeds etc.
Also drink lots of water and fluids.
You can try to use natural laxatives such green tea but not much laxatives which may make it worse.
Probiotics can be used to help you.
You can use buscopan for pain you are having and help yourself putting an enema in order to have a bowel movement soon.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
