The cause is ideopathic as per the ortho opinion

Idiopathic conditions cannot be predicted. The prognosis is usually uncertain.

Anyway, the repaired hip will surely get better and has better outcome.

Regular monitoring of the right hip with imaging and biochemical markers
Is must.
