Question : I have recently had an MRI scan of my abdomen for pains but am not sure how to interpret the results and my doctor said that only fatty liver was a concern. Are the other aspects worrying enough to investigate further?
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.Ratnakar Kini and I am pleased to answer your query.
I went through your MRI report.
All it says is that you have fatty liver and nothing else.
For fatty liver you need other tests like liver function test, blood glucose and lipid profile.
I hope that answers your question.
