4. low-grade sprain of the proximal MCL and posteromedial joint capsule adjacent to the femoral condyle fracture
5. Trace joint fluid. Tiny Baker's Cyst
6. Prominent bone marrow edema and cortical irregularity
Can heal with conservative management.
