Question : MY M.D, SAID i had Raynauds of feet last 2 days lower legs also slightly pink after sitting with slight burning sensation.had been taking Magnesium but stopped 4 months ago restarted magnesium glycinate 400mgm bid 5-7

I have read your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, it is important to distinguish between primary and secondary Raynaud syndrome.

Secondary Raynaud's is caused by underlying conditions such as atherosclerosis, repeated injury, connective tissue diseases, etc.

Magnesium may help but medication for Raynaud's include calcium channel blocker drugs and vasodilator drugs.
