                                    Brief Answer:
may be essential thrombocytosis. Require further confirmation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and attached report image. Here is my advice.
As per your history and reports, I think it may essential thrombocytosis.
Please let me know do you have history of surgery or are you taking any medications?
I would suggest you to do bone marrow aspiration and biopsy, iron profile after hematologist consultation.
For that you may require tab. hydroxyurea along with low dose aspirin to prevent blood clotting after consultation.
Along with that kindly watch for symptoms like dizziness, headache, numbness or weakness in limbs.
Let me know I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for reply. I have gone through your attached report image. In previous report also platelet count was also high.
Bone marrow aspiration involves taking a sample of the liquid part of the soft tissue of bones and in biopsy solid part is taken.
As all blood cells including platelets are produced in bone marrow. So to rule out any blood related pathology, bone marrow investigations are helpful.
So kindly follow all measures advised in previous answer.
Let me know I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale
