Brief Answer:
Pox virus

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query and photographs attached.
It looks to be chicken pox. Is he scratching all over the body?
Does anyone in the family or any other contacts with pox?
Apply Calamine lotion over the area. Given Paracetmol 500 mg thrice a day and Cetrizine 10mg at night.
Ideally he needs a antiviral like Valcyclovir within 48 hours after eruption. I suggest to check with his family doctor if he can be given or not.
Hope this answers your question.
