Question : Male, 72 years, h/o - HTN on medication ; ECG - QS in Lead III and AVF ; 2 D Echo ( As per attachment ) s/o : Aortic Valve : Sclerotic
Mitral Valve : Annular Calcification present
Request your opinion on prognosis and Health status or any major hospitalisation in future

It will be better if you could kindly upload the image of ecg and echo reports.

Qs is suggestive of infarct which needs evaluation. In echo report there is no mention about EF or ejection fraction so kindly provide the details.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for uploading the reports.

Ecg was done on 7th and that time patient was having AF (Atrial Fibrillation).

Echo was done approximately 10 days later.

It’s advisable to get one 48 hrs HOLTER monitoring done for the patient to detect transient rhythm abnormality.
