Brief Answer:
primary care

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Abscesses need to be opened and drained. Most primary care doctors do this procedure in the office. If you do not have a primary care doctor then you could go to an urgent care to get this done. Surgeons could also easily do this procedure.
I hope you get see by a doctor soon. These can be very painful
