I have read your query and here is my advice.
This doesnot seem to be due to stone operation. It is more likely due to exaggeration of some infection in urinary tract as side effect of FAS3. Most probably it will clear up by itself in 2-3 days. If it does not clear up by itself, then I will recommend that a semen analysis and urinalysis be doe to confirm the same.
Also let me know why you took FAS3. Did you have some infection?

Hi maam
He had sex with me with little infection in him..... later I had irritation and burning sensation in vaginal area ... do my gynaecologist suggested to take this dose together.... I have score bubbles in my mouth and chilness but he gave blood in semantics which is bringing my heart out ....

You both seem to be having side effect of fluconazole. Fluconazole is an antifungal in FAS3 kit. FAS3 has 3 medicines that are antibiotic, antifungal, antiamoebic. I never prescribe such medicine combinations without knowing the type of infection the patient has. After confirming the infection a proper medicine should be prescribed. Such combinations can weaken immunity and fluconazole can cause bleeds.
Anyways, now that you have taken it, you will need to enforce some lifestyle measures like hygienic diet, cleaner water and regular exercise to strengthen immunity. This will prevent further fungal infections and may control the bleed.
If the symptoms do not improve then above tests can be done to confirm diagnosis.
There is nothing to worry. The bleeding will stop.
