                                            Question : Mild chest pain, chest tightness, some nausea.  I have CKD 4  Kidney doctor just increased Losartan for high blood pressure (75 mg)

Meanwhile, you can take tablet acetaminophen and tablet ondensetron. Do blood pressure monitoring.
