Brief Answer:
Consult at ER to rule out cardiac issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, I would suggest you to consult at ER immediately for detailed clinical examination and get done few basic investigations electrocardiogram (ECG), 2 D Echo to rule out any cardiac issue. Physician may also procure relevant blood investigations, chest X Ray as per clinical evaluation. Further treatment will mainly depends upon the underlying diagnosis.

Meanwhile, you can take tablet acetaminophen and tablet ondensetron. Do blood pressure monitoring.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
