Question : Mild sprain beneath left side of the chest in the heart region since last evening. No shooting pain or sweat. My age 65. Non diabetic.on dialysis since one year.

Probably musculoskeletal pain.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Most probably it will be a musculoskeletal pain.
However considering your age cardiac causes like angina must be ruled out.
Consult a general practitioner and get an ECG done to look for changes consistent with angina or other cardiac problems.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like (aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase which is available over the counter)for symptomatic relief.
