However considering your age cardiac causes like angina must be ruled out.
Consult a general practitioner and get an ECG done to look for changes consistent with angina or other cardiac problems.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like (aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase which is available over the counter)for symptomatic relief.
