Question : my mother is suffering from knee joint pain from last few months and as per doctor prescription they advice some medicine which i am going to share these are too costly medicine so i want some alternative which are cheaper then these

Thanks for the query.

I believe your mother is being treated for Osteoarthritis of the knee.

She can take Paracetamol 650mg three to four times a day. If pain is severe she can add Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days. Apply warm fomentation over the knees. Avoid bending knee much.

Zendef 6 is a steroid medicine. ZENSAME 200 is medicine for liver problem. Q- XXXXXXX -C is also for liver disease and may add to muscle strength. Instead of RIGIKAL K2 which is for Vitamin D deficiency and Calcium, she can take Shelcal 500mg twice a day. No need to take Zenace P is taking Paracetamol and Ibuprofen. Instead of GOLDCAL ALEN, can take Osteofos 70, which is for treating osteoporosis.

These may be helpful cheaper alternatives.

zensame 200 is for liver where liver related no issue then why doctor prescribed this medicine as she have no liver related issue and q XXXXXXX c is also for liver disease but also muscle strength then for muscle improvement may be he prescribed and are u sure that zenace p as he advised when pan so we can replace it by pcm.

Sorry, I wouldn't know why he has prescribed that medicine. It's best you can ask them. Yes, if you want cheaper alternative your can try Paracetamol and Ibuprofen as mentioned earlier instead of Zenace P.
