Be calm do not worry, the red muscous blood could be due to infection of the respiratory tract.
I advice you to go see a physician soon for a physical examination. X XXXXXXX cannot be done on you so one has to examine you for any changes with a stethoscope.
You will need to get some blood tests done

1. Complete blood count
2. Sputum for culture and gram stain

In the mean time please follow these advises

1. Salt water gargle your throat 3 times daily
2. Watch out for fever
3. See if you are bleeding while brushing your teeth as well
4. Do not delay seeing your physician
