Question: My 12 year on daughter has midline endometrium diateter of 6mm right ovary has voloume of 7.5cc and left 7.5cc. Bilateral follicular cysts Biochemical correlation recommended. She has a lot of body hair and problems with her weight can you please explain what this means.

Bilateral follicular cysts probably related to menarche or PCOD spectrum.
This depends on whether your daughter has attained menarche or not.

Kindly go for biochemical correlation (different hormonal assays) as recommended and your endocrinologist would suggest you what could be done.

Also weight reduction (regular exercise and avoiding high fat diet) would be helpful.
