Question: My 14 year old son's right side of breast larger than left side. It feels harder than the other side. He thinks its been like that since may.

It could be hormone related enlargement. Usually it is on both sides. But can start with one side and go to other.
It could be due to trauma induced fat necrosis too.
Only a proper physical examination by a surgeon will identify the cause.
If painful, consult doctor immediately to rule out infection.
