Question : My 19yrs old son woked up with swelling and pain on the left side of his forehead just above the eyebrow, pain on and off. I have a photo of it but don't know how to upload it. Can help

I see the photo attached. I think it has traumatic origin. Maybe your son bumped his head somewhere during sleep and can't remember it.
I think you should not worry about it.
Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain relief.
Use cold compresses
