                                    Brief Answer:
may be undescended testicle.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history it may be undescended testicle.
Please let me know does he has history of scrotal swelling, injury to genital area?
To confirm diagnosis I would suggest you to do ultrasound abdomen with scrotal area after detailed medical examination by pediatrician.
Let me know I can assist you further.
