Question : My 3-year old daughter has worms and itching her anus area. We have given her Zental 10ml 3months back and before that 4 months back. Please let me know if we can give her the medicine again now? She is repeatedly getting this issue within 3 to 4 months after giving the medication. Please advise.

I can understand your concern.
You need not to worry as you can safely repeat the dose. You can repeat the dose again after 15 days for better results.
It is common to have pinworm infection in this age. Teach her to maintain proper hygiene to avoid recurrence. You can give medication to other family members also if any one else is having same problem. Drink cleaner water and wash hands before meals.
