Question : My 34 month old daughter weight -15.5 kg has cold and fever for last 3 days and doctor had given cetzine syrup once a day . However now she has started coughing (wet) since yesterday. Can she take Bicarex a syrup and what dose ?

Hi,

Your child probably having acute bronchitis like inflammatory condition of bronchi.
For that Bicarex A syrup can be used.
It contain drugs that will loose the mucus. So help in mucus expectoration from respiratory tract.
However it's advisable to contact your doctor once for Auscultation and physical examination before starting any new medication.
