Question : My 35 year old Daughter wakes up every morning with diarrhea and nausea. She feels better in the afternoon but still has trouble eating any food at all. She’s had tests and have determined that she does not have an infection.

Brief Answer:
Parasitic infestation or helicobacter pylori.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think she may need to do stool parasitic test, stool culture test and stool candida test.. If she doesn't have an infection she can have parasitic infestation or candida in stools.
Also she may need to get tested for helicobacter pylori.
You can tell me if she did all these tests.
You also can attach the results in order that I can see them and evaluate them.
Then if these tests are normal then she may need to get investigated for food intolerance. She can herself spot any type of food that can cause the symptoms.
Taking probiotics such enterogermina is useful to establish the intestinal flora.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
