Question : My 4 y/o grandson came to me with a swollen pointer finger it wasnt real red and slightly swollen I thought it was possibly a splinter he doesnt know or remember what happened. that was yesterday . today it looks like a burn blistered on the middle and last pads and very swollen no appearance of a bite

I have gone through the details. It would help me better if you can upload some photos of the finger. If it is a burn then I would suggest you apply ointment which contains Sulfadiazine Topical - 1% and Chlorhexidine Gluconate Topical - 0.2% ( SILVEREX).
