Question : My 73 year old wife has been having the sensation of having a bowel movement and feeling faint at the same time along with a little urine leakage?

Sometimes a vasovagal response is induced during bowel movement. Vasovagal response leads to sensation of fainting.
If she did not lose her consciousness before or during the symptoms, then it is more likely vasovagal response. She needs to visit ER had she lost consciousness.
