Question: My 78 your old brother had a stent put in his right middle cerebral artery earlier this year. Today his cerebral angiogram shows a 75% stenosis. He is asymptomatic and had the angiogram to be cleared for a bicepts tendon surgery. What is next if the stent is closing?
