Recently I had bought a term insurance plan and there was a requirement of BP measurement and then i vane to know about it. I had completed my gym session 1 hour earlier when BP was getting checked.

I am 44 years old male and not taking any kin of medicine except calcium tablet which is recommended by orthopedic post surgery of left knee meniscus muscle tear which occurred in Nov'22.

I would recommend you to re check your BP at two different times and on three different days.
Please reply with the readings, I shal assess and opine on the same..
