Question : My Dad is 84 years old and has been dizzy for approximately 2 hours. His BP at 10:45 was 112 over 54. At 11:10 EST it was 82 over 47. He is on BP meds for high BP so I’m not sure what to make of this. Also he has been having bad cramps in his legs since last night.

Hello!
Welcome on - Ask a Doctor - service!
I understand your concern and would like to explain that first of all your dad should avoid taking his therapy for today and try to rest in a recumbent position.
Also he should take plenty of water and other fresh liquids (fruit juices, etc.) Taking a coffe drink would help too.
If after an hour his BP values has not return to higher normal values, I recommend to ask medical assistance to the nearest ER service at your living area.
Hope to have been helpful to you!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
